For a lingerie or nightwear return
use the form below
1: Complete this form AFTER you have returned your
garment as we require your post office recorded delivery
tracking number. Make sure you complete this form
before we receive your parcel, ideally the same day as you
posted the return.
2: Write your SURNAME and PURCHASE DATE on the back
of your returns parcel so we can identify your return easily
(you do not need to enclose a note or letter).
3: Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date
of purchase or within 7 days of the date you received your
parcel, whichever is the longer period. Returns outside
of the above dates will most likely be refused; late returns
are at our sole discretion and if accepted, will incur a £20
administration charge.
4: Do not return garments which were purchased under
special conditions, for example sale items, special orders or trade clearance items, these will be refused.
For "made to order" garments, contact
us first as these garments can only be returned direct to
the manufacturer for minor alterations.
5: If you are returning more than one
garment (more than one SKU garment code) please use your
back button after submitting the first form and change the
SKU code to the next item you are returning, etc.
